My knee has not improved so in addition to beginning my physical therapy I’ve been thinking of new goals. I was so happy to be running again and I know that’s not the only option to staying fit and healthy.

I know swimming is the best thing for me right now so I am going to try and go to the pool at my college once a week and just tread water. I have a lazy foot so I cannot physically swim in a directional motion for very long before the cramps begin, but I hope this will help!

Also, I’ve been toying with the idea of biking to school… or to or from work a couple times a week. Of course this will be slow going… but I love eating pasta so I need to get out there!! I am still going to participate in the San Francisco Marathon, whether I run, walk, or *gulp* …CRAWL! Afterall, Amy and I volunteered at the Kaiser Half Marathon this weekend and gave water to a man with only one leg. I’m going to make this happen. Image
